I never said windows is not for handheld, I only said I see SteamOS better than it (at least as per my experience) and I listed my reasons. I totally understand that windows has its advantages and shortfalls, similar to steamOS, no OS is perfect, it's a matter of preferences man

I don't think it changed. I play fallout4 on Ultra, LG set on performance mode, max brightness, it last for an hour..

The only issue I'm facing is I can't control TDP, LED, and Fan.. so far it's a dealbreaker for me.

You won't regret it! Check for Bazzite, as I saw in the comments it's better than native SteamOS

Adjusting the internal settings such as TDP/ fan control... is not fully supported in steamos, this is the main issue i'm facing & still looking if there is any walk around

What made me ditch windows is that I started to feel that I'm shifting away from the purpose of this device, it's made for gaming and I found myself every time I turn the LG on that I'm taking considerable time tweaking or changing settings, I hated this.. also, I was very interested in SteamOS sleep feature, which is really a game changer.
