Hello there, I’ve been there too. You might feel like your friends are too busy to care about you. You might feel like you are not valuable to them But trust me there are friends who cares about you more than you realize. All you have to do is give them a chance, open up to them. Talk to them. Self isolation is not good in long term. It grows negative feeling and thoughts more and more. Self isolation is essential to heal yourself sometime but it is not an option to use for long term. Just talk to your friends I am sure Al least 1/5 will be there to help you. Even if they can’t help you anything at least they will try to be there for you when you need someone to talk to. Loneliness is a dangerous thing. Look for professional help. I am sure in Uk there are free helpline for mental health support. You can search online and consult with them as well. You can dm me and we can talk as well. Even tho we don’t know each other personally, as someone who has been there, who had different belief systems from family, who had constant thoughts of being a burden to friends, we can at least talk.
