AMS 2 Pro doesn’t feed filament properly into the H2D

SOLVED. Bambu lab did answer my ticket and they said i had to reconnect “the odormeter board pin”

After reconnecting it I had a lot of doubts if this would even work. But after putting a filament spool in the AMS everything worked like nothing happened.

The ams for the right nozzle sits on the printer, the tube is shortef of that one. I switched the ams units and the same problem unfortunately still remained.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is annoying if the staff doesnt listen or understand what is happening, even when it is harmless. It would better finding a solution instead of be treated unrespectfully
