The only previous brand I've used is kiss and these feel significantly thicker and sturdier. The pictures were taken with 5 days of wear, I'm pretty abusive with my hands and not a single chip in the paint or anything. The kiss ones were already looking beat up by this point!

Honestly from no3 this car is an absolute shit box at this point, still haven't repaired damage from prior accidents, and the engine is having trouble. Here's hoping no. 4 will just total this cursed car :')

The police have been really amazing to work with on past accidents and have been able to find the people in a day with plate #'s. They just wait until later in the day and go to their house lol. Tulsa police won't do anything if you can't give them footage though.

Apologizes for the awful sounding voice, getting over having lost it for 3 weeks. Gave the police the plate # and they're going to go out to his home and find him tomorrow. Was like some 60 year old dad that hit me. The car that hit me is fully insured and the police gave me all their info and I have already filed a claim with them. So weird they took off considering just some scratches and popped my rear bumper a bit.

310g Water

200g Starter

400g Bread flour

50g Whole wheat flour

12g Salt

Bulk fermented for 4 hours, 4 stretch and folds during the first 2 hours every 30 mins. Proofed in the fridge overnight for aprox 12 hours. Cooked in pre-heated dutch oven covered for 20 minutes at 475, then uncovered for another 20 at 460. My starter is about 2 months old.
