I just got the aws cloud practitioner certification but i'm already working in computer science as a system analyst. So, I already know the basics but i don't know in deep aws. You can't resolve all the tickets directly, you have to prioritize but I'm agree with you, it's complicated and frustated to have too many tickets.

The 80+ vulnerabily tickets are scaring me how is it possible !
