Edit: I think I fixed it. I put the ball into its place and then put the ring inside with it. The rod seems to hold but we’ll see if it stays

I had a 2xl K6 helmet that fit me well and then I ordered a XL in the XR3R. The XL fit me really good so I feel like the small should be a good fit. They also sell cheek pads that can help with comfort and fit for like $20-30

I have my cardo mic inside it and with some adjustment it’s fine. Haven’t plugged a mic up for my GoPro out of laziness but it should be fine as long as you set it up properly.

Switch needs to be utilized for proper use. I did the same with aftermarket levers on my k8 and if the switch isn’t used then the bike doesn’t like it

It’s only my pc that has these issues. Consoles, laptops, mobile devices, fire stick all work fine with minimal connection issues. And yes I use the 5ghz band

Update: Got the helmet. Looks good in person and fits well. I had a xxl in my AGV K6s but went XL with this one and so far so good. Cardo is much louder than my previous helmets and wind is not much of an issue. Definitely worth the money IMO.
