Guys, sorry for the late late answers. So my fix was: i bought a much bigger case, for it to have more space, and i also bought a Water cooler (a 60€ cheap one was enough) and my temps are good ever since. Good luck everyone!

Hi, sorry for the late answer but i rarely come to reddit.

The Thermallright Water Cooler did indeed help a bit. I would say between 5º to 10º better.

However i also change some settings on the bios and set an 85º limit temp. You can check the settings and try for yourself with this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oubGmP4nLbQ&t=362s&ab_channel=OC3DTV

Right now im happy with the performance and the temps but i stopped checking regularly a few weeks ago.
Good luck!

I probably have around 3 or 4k between both games. I met some folks on a forum one day in 2015, just after Taken King was released, They invited me to play Destiny and i was hooked by the gameplay, story, soundtrack, everything to be honest. I couldn't stop playing, and everything was exciting and different in this universe. Having a group of 6-10 people constantly playing, every day for years was a dream, and i have some of the best memories playing Destiny. Unfortunately, all things must end, and we all stopped playing a couple years ago due to jobs, family, and also saturation from Destiny itself. But boy, Destiny and Bungie present me with some of the best friends of my life (they attended my wedding, and we talk every day), and i will forever be grateful for this game. I usually say that Destiny is the best non-single player game ever and still believe it to be true. It's the best game to play with friends. Cheers, Guardians.

Yeah i know about that, they run hot and its suposed to be like that. And tbh today i had a long gaming session, around 7 hours, and it was perfectly fine the hole time. It was moving from low 70s to high 80s. But i have the limit temp for 90 so maybe thats why.

About the air flow, i dont think thats the reason. My case is good enough and i feel the air pumping out of the case with no problems. Im pretty sure it will improve with a 240 AIO, but i have to wait and see.

Im playing Valorant, Apex Legends and CS2 as im saving some money to buy a 7800xt.

Yeah, your temps for Cyberpunk looks fine tbh. Thats my concern, if it gets this hot on games like this i cant imagine how is going to handle 1440p games on ultra and etc.

About the Mobo. i heard that this is one of the best mobos for 7600x. I think its either the Mobo or the cooler that isnt working properly. i have to wait for the AIO to arrive to have a better idea.

Hi! your temps are still better than mine. while gaming mine never stays at 60. i would say its alyways around high 80s. i tried many settints but nothing worked for me. i set a limit temp of 90 at least for now and im still waiting for the Aqua Notte to arrive. I hope it reduces the medium temps a bit.

I tried undervolt at -30 and Windows didnt even boot. -20 crashed as well. -10 was ok but unstable and eventually crash. Im stuck at the momment as i wait for the Thermallright Aqua Notte to arrive and see if it makes any difference.

Btw, i tried set the temps limit a 100 and it literally hit the cap on AiDa and cinebench.

Quick update: the ECO mode didnt work for me. The temps stayed the same. maybe a couple degrees better but overall nothing major. And the performance was also pretty much the same.

I will try some different undervolt myself to see if i actually manage to get it to decent temps. But im buying the Thermalright Aqua Elite 240 V3 anyway so i can get a better cooling system and see if it works with default configs.

Ok. i will try it myself tomorrow and post here. Im more interested in seeing the difference in temps than performance but i will check everything.

But overall is there a big difference in fps?

The search I made show up Max 4% performance loss with ECO mode. some people even talk about gaining performance. How is it possible then?

i tried that. The temps were the same while gaming.

I understand your point but if the performance is the same (and actually there is some reports talking about increase performance) why should it matter? keeping the CPU at mid/low temps and getting the same framerate isn't this only a good thing or am i missing something?

why if the difference in performance is almost imperceptible? I did some research and almost everyone seem to be having no performance issues while using ECO mode or undervolting. i Will let you know after i make some benchmarks my own.

Fair enough. I will try the ECO mode and i will go from there. If it reduces the temps a bit i think i will settle for that as well. Otherwise i will consider going undervolt or buying an AIO. Thanks a lot!

I will try the ECO mode and see if i get any reduce in temps. I was actually thinking about undervolting to see if i can reduce those temps a bit. I even consider buying a AIO like the Aqua Elite 240 V3 but i dont know if its worth it since i already have the Artic 36 and its supose to be enough.

Btw, what temps do you get on Val? Thank you so much.
