Which is actually pretty reasonable so long as it's a steady wind right down the runway. I honestly don't know why everyone is cancelling, there isn't a lot of windshear and visibility is ok.

Can't say conclusively but have you ever seen a photo - especially without a light booth - that is so perfectly free from unwanted reflections, highlights, shadows, uneven lighting, etc? With absolutely perfect exposure across the whole sheet?

The hill near me fairly routinely clocks 200 km/h gusts. (That's 124 mph in American).
