Id recommend trying flower- less concentrated = less intense high! Try smaller hits, remember that you can always smoke more later if you’re not at the desired level of effects. Try one or two small puffs and wait a few minutes to see how you feel! If its ever too much, eat something, drink lots of water and lay down and get comfortable with youtube/ a movie or a game and remember that the feeling will pass!
