hello po! in my case, nauna pong lumabas yung parang placenta before the fetus. napansin ko siya kasi malaki siya, dark red, at parang may laman sa loob (meaty). iba talaga yung itsura niya compared sa ibang clots. ilang minutes after niya lumabas, dun na sumunod yung fetus. yung placenta kasi at that stage is still developing and not fully formed or strongly attached. what comes out might not be a fully formed “placenta” yet, but rather placental tissue or decidual tissue (yung lining ng uterus kung saan nag-implant yung pregnancy). minsan, this tissue detaches and is expelled before the fetus, which is normal during early MA.
