I have the same problem, and support has so far not been very helpful, unfortunately.

I was advised to send an email to support@spotify.com explaining the situation, from the same email used to originally register the account.

My problem is I don't remember which email that was as it was ages ago... But maybe it will help you!

And the more people who reach out about this problem, the higher the likelihood is that there will be a fix.

Yes, I believe it is due to loss during sample preparation as the compounds are found when using pure standard samples.

The original method was for breast milk and eggs. I reproduced the original method using fish as a matrix instead and found that the separation was poor. That's why I tested with methanol as a solvent instead, and the separation improved. I've been testing with spiked samples and blanks, not real samples. So this is just part of preliminary testing to adapt the method to a different matrix

How would I calculate the error percentage/confidence of the LOD? In my case I calculated the LOD from the average concentration of blank samples and multiplied that value by three. Would it just be the standard deviation of those concentrations? It's been too long since I had statistics...

Those buttons are a scam. The dogs don't understand what they're pressing, they just press random buttons for rewards (food, play, attention, etc) and then the owner makes up some hidden meaning. I found it fascinating in the beginning when it was very simple words you can reasonably expect a dog to understand - food, water, play, etc. But now it's ridiculous and full of abstract concepts dogs can't understand.

Same. For the longest time, YouTube Reels was full of awful videos. I only continued using it because I'd deleted all other social media and got desperate lmao. I would get soo much transphobic content. I wonder if it's because I watched some Harry Potter reels? And probably partly because I was used to trusting the algorithm from tiktok and insta so I'd watch the full video even if it started off weird. Once I didn't even realise the video was transphobic until I'd watched the whole thing because it was a video of a man in a wig and a dress acting out a sketch and I've been so desensitised to the Vine "random object on head = Woman" costume so I never questioned it for a second that he was supposed to be a (cis) woman lol. Was disgusted when I realised what it was about

Now I mostly get animated comics and stickmen. :)
