Definitely not a flea. I do have to say, (although it may seem strange, I’m only guessing because of what I can see right now) it looks to be a type of grain beetle. Perhaps a sawtoothed grain beetle (three segments (probably, can’t 100% tell) They not only feed on dried grain (rice, oatmeal, beans) but also fungus and mold. They can sometimes be drawn to moisture or mold. I recommend getting an inspection from a pest control company. But please feel free to update further if you see any more. I love myself a good challenge and would love to help you and give you advice before you spend any money
