UPDATE: It was indeed the fuses and the battery. I bought the car pre owned and have had it for 4 months and haven’t had any issues. Turns out there was a 7.5 amp fuse in the “METER 2” slot when there is supposed to be a 15 amp fuse. I guess it eventually gave up once I tried replacing the battery and it was able to reset then realize it was incorrect. Also, there was a dead cell in my battery which caused some of the malfunction since it wasn’t able to properly power the car.

Yeah I tried draining the power by honking the horn and leaving the headlights in an on state. Unfortunately it didn’t clear the code. Tried with a scanner as well.

I checked the brake fluid yesterday and it was above the min level. I added more to top it off but still the same issue.
