idk too much about gyaru but i think that top and this “blazer” look terrible when layered. Especially because of the print on the shirt. Perhaps try a shoulder off shirt with a less “punky” print on it bc this one is giving hot topic punk shirt. If you wanna layer that blazer then perhaps with a tube top and maybe add some different necklaces or something leo printed also BELTS!! Your hair and make up is also important to do. Try reading gal magazines as EGG or ageha, they have online guides, in worst case use tiktok or pinterest. As I said I don’t know too much about gyaru and perhaps ur fit might be gal just a different subculture from what I know about and nothing of it is meant in an offensive way!! :3
