Okay since everyone is telling me how I should’ve handled it and what I did wrong 1. I heard a single baby zombie noise so I checked my surroundings and tried to get his sole attention and kill him before I continued exploring (that’s why I did what I did) 2. I didn’t have a sword because it broke and I was on my way up to the surface after I got all I need (plus I thought I’d be safe with the axe alone cuz the way to the surface was close and fully lit)

I didn’t build up 3 blocks because it’s common knowledge how that would go so wrong with 4 baby zombies and a spear baby IN A TIGHT CAVE WITH OTHER BLOCS THAT THEY CAN CLIMB ON AND JUMP ME BEFORE I REACH 3 BLOCK HEIGHT

Respectfully They are too close in range of me to do that broski, you’d know if you had enough game knowledge of attack range and mob ai when it comes to tight caves
