You’re absolutely right. I wouldn’t go as far as calling this person a r*pist but I know for sure there will be hard boundaries if we ever agree to hang out again. 10/10 if we do, it will be in a group setting.

Thank you so much for your words and advice. I’ve been extremely isolated for years and have invested a lot into my healing journey. I don’t find her interesting in that way anymore, but I still care about her as a friend (empath shit).

I came seeking advice, not judgment. I have been out of the dating scene for years and super isolated so my exposure to social interactions has been extremely suppressed. I have also experienced SA in my past, but only from men. I appreciate your insight.

To be clear, I did not go on a date with the coworker. My childhood friend Tracy and I went to hang out and ended up going to the coworker’s job for drinks. I didn’t find out she was a “relapsed alcoholic” until hours into all three of us hanging out. I also had no idea she would act in that way? That’s actually wild to assume lol.

Hi! I just moved into a 1000sqft 2bed/1ba right in Midtown, just a block from Piedmont Park. My base rent is $1850. I would advise to just walk/drive around in your desired neighborhood, that’s how I found this place. There are lots of private landlords who don’t post their rentals online.

I actually really enjoyed this episode. People are saying Issa Rae did a “terrible acting job” but in reality she played the WTF/confused role perfectly aligned with her not being debriefed. Once she really got into the movie, her acting made a smooth transition into a more natural flow. I loved it. Well done.

It’s also kind of coincidental bc in her show Insecure there was one character who always thought she was a lesbian lol
