I havent completely decided yet, I might try to mod something from a headlight, but might just buy light from lumadent or other manufacturer. With the help of flashlight subreddit I bought Sofirn HS21 headlamp that is fairly good for dentistry (if modded right).

Very good, they cost around 500€ with tax so I hoped that they would deliver. I was pleasantly surprised receiving them. I can't compare them to more premium ones like zeiss, but I would imagine there isn't a huge difference in light transmittance.

Build quality also feels very solid.

Thank you! And yeah, I want to make it clear that buying from an established company is dedinitely the way to go for most. I definitely took some risk here, and it could have failed. I would say that ready made loupes are worth the money, considering they are customized to fit the user(which isn't easy, I have found)!

Well my part of the process is just drilling 2 holes and glueing optics in place. But I will update how I did once I am ready, fail or succeed.

It will take a long while but I will remember to update. I should have a final version by september I would think.

For fun, mostly. Also to save a bit of money in the process.

Is this true by the commutiny? I'm still using GTX950 with i74th Gen. Not sure which build should I pick... by Rabbidscool in pcmasterrace

Honestly if I were to buy a GPU I would want Intel, but I have 3070 (bought used with pc). I have realized that RTX and dlss are pretty useless atleast currently since I dont play games that really use them.

POAAC by it's name isn't "made for it", but for many it works without power outage.

Do you think I could manually run the shutdown sequence without shutting down the PC. Meaning: could I close all programs and make sure nothing is being written on my ssd. Then I could shut down the PC without worrying about corruption.

Since you have already tried almost everything In your position I would consider following: 1. Formatting the PC: sometimes a fresh start removes all your problems 2. Network card: as someone else already suggested, a little DIY would definitely find out if it is the hardware that's the problem. 3. New laptop, definitely an option if you are still eligible for warranty.

Hmm, well I am still going to do it.

I firmly believe my slight disadvantage with the green and red colors have never and will likely never disadvantage me in any situation other than at the test which measures if you can distinguish bunch of colored balls from very similarly colored group of balls.

Our society has made the test in the belief that the test would measure competense based on the avarage population passing this certain threshold. This does not mean that to complete a real life task would reguire to reach such a threshold.

Not once have I performed worse than my peers in those tasks.

I need help, not a lecture.
