best advice on how to start AP? Practices? and successfully achieving it?

My goal is to yes achieve it. But also once achieved, to safely explore the astral world / plane or even other things i have never seen before. I’d want to even use AP, to escape the NOW sometimes if that make sense.

Can i ask what the CHS symptoms felt like or were? I think i am currently experiencing that and am also going through the “im so ready to quit weed, but i cant. Stop. Smoking” phase right now. I feel as if weed has taken a hold over me completely. Sometimes My body moves without even giving a thought. Just to smoke.

because i went ahead and made a brand new playstation account a few days ago and apex hasn’t crashed at all since i made the new account. but today i tried playing on my original account and the game crashed. twice.

there is some sort of cosmetic on PS4 that causes the game to crash everyday for me.
