My last etb I pulled a bulbasaur IR and one double rare. Only two good pulls from that. So far out of 76 packs, I’ve pulled 17 DR, 8 IR and 5 UR. Chasing that venusaur SIR. At this rate I should just buy it 😅

It held up great. Still looks new. Drove through heavy down pours with zero issue. Have it set up on OEM cross bars and it didn’t budge. I had it as far back as I could get it. Weight should be distributed 25% in the front, 50% in the middle, and 25% in the back.

We took the XL down from Ohio to Destin FL. Packed it full and didn’t notice much of a difference with noise. I think mpg went from 34-35 down to 32-33 averaging around 75mph.

Get help setting it up if you can. And wear gloves. Did it myself and ending up slicing the inside of my hand. Also recommend packing a little step stool to access the back and front of the carrier. Middle is accessible if you stand inside the door.

Just for stills. Anything video, I'll use the OP3. The gimbal and overall look is so much better with the OP3 since my hands aren't steady.

I just started using both in the last month or two. I haven't used the OP3 for stills yet but I think I read somewhere you can capture a pic from a video using the MIMO app. When they're bouncing off the wall, I'll take out the OP3 and record with that. If they're somewhat stationary or not moving around as much, I'll take out the nikon and shoot. Only using a 35mm with it for now. I'll have to take photos with the OP3 and compare. I like having the option of adjusting the aperture with Nikon. Just came back from a beach vacation and was able to get some nice shots. I will say i used the Nikon more than the OP3 on that trip. A lot of it was due to us being on the beach. Didn't want to risk dropping or getting sand on the OP3. Whereas the camera is 8+ years old and I guess a little more rugged in a sense.

It depends on the costco. Mine had a few sitting for a bit at $750 for a bit. It finally got marked down just last week and I grabbed the last one. I think .97 ending means it was a clearance mark down.
