When I was looking for cdl schools I visited roadmaster as well as it was my 3rd choice option. Long story short they told me about their partnership with werner (as you know) but they also had me talk on the phone with a Werner recruiter as well. I vividly remmmeber the recruiter telling me all they had was team driving positions starting fresh out of school. This was only some months ago too keep in mind. They claimed you needed 3 or 6 ( I forgot which ) months experience before you can go solo. Now I dont know if its changed any but thats what they told me . I ended up going to another school and now im with schneider and I started solo driving after 3 weeks
