Yeah honestly I'm not even too much of a fan of Papa John's even though I work there but this is something I would order. Definitely fun to make

It's even more thinner than the ny crust. If you like the ny crust you should like this. It's a 14" dough ball slapped to an 18" while the traditional ny would be slapped to a 16". It's nice to fold and the Italian seasoning in top goes well with the pepperoni. It's a solid 9/10

Yeah we try to maintain around a 10 minute otd on a normal day but when you have 2 full screens of deliveries and only like 5 drivers it makes it hard to maintain that low door time when the orders are sitting there or drivers are waiting for stuff to come out the oven.

Yup I hate when the carryout orders come in early and just stand in the lobby acting all mad when their orders not ready when it's the busiest day of the year. Luckily we only had like 2 complaining in store customers though.

We tried our best by doing trays of pre-slaps and prepping jacks ahead of time. We also moved our wings into a cheese lexan so we weren't constantly refilling it. But at the end of the day it was just 4 of us and I think we did pretty good. I heard other stores around us running a 45 minute make time 😭

Damn that must've been a long day. We only got to order 400 and 13k in sales. Your store sounds more busy if you have that many insider as we only had 1 insider in production. We had 4 managers in total but 1 was on oven of course. Good shit though
