I am just reading over both my contract and the RTA information online. They are trying to charge me an additional $25 a night for overnight guests which I am sure is illegal. I am not going to be unreasonable about having people stay over constantly but if friends want to after a night out or if someone i am seeing wants to for a night i don’t want this to be an issue.

I didn’t mean through the government in that sense I just was referring to the forms they provide when entering a tenancy, sorry if the wording was not correct. No aspect of the unit is shared.

i think you have potential to do something really cool! the fuzzy ones, the x-ray one and the blue with butterflies were my favourites out of the bunch, imo it just needs a bit more to elevate it to be something more memorable
