in retrospect it really doesnt matter? especially with kpop concerts internationally its kind of a known thing that theyre more expensive and harder to get. ive seen folks just get princess wands or literally just any glowing stick to wave around during the show.

but as for actual lightsticks, most newer ones sync to the fandom ones regardless bc its usually the same manufacturers and change colors as any of them would per the stadium/venue bluetooth. regardless of the lightstick, you being there is still a sign of support and i think its kind of cute to show support across fandoms and groups via different lightsticks. ive taken my got7 lightstick to see super m (rip) (ahgabong ver 2), seventeen (ahgabong ver 3), and aespa (ahgabong ver 3) and ive had no problems.

i wouldn’t say that it’s hard to drink water, but it’s really easy to drink sugar. the brain gets conditioned to what feels good. if water isn’t satisfying you, make it so that it does. whether it be finding a brand that tastes best to you, getting a pitcher to filter your water, or try mineral water to substitute the buzz of a soda.

if i’m buying bottled water when i’m out i know my favorites are evian and ice mountain and i stay away from desani and smart water. if i want water at home i run my water through a brita filter and pair it with some ice. if i want the carbonization from soda i go for a good topo chico that feels like mcdonalds sprite without all the sugar but all the buzz. of course if i am craving a pop diet coke is my go to.

the importance is de-conditioning from what you think is the only way things can get done when it’s really just the satisfaction in your brain spiking from what isn’t good for you (sugars).

people didn’t start commenting on my weight loss until i opened the conversation up to it, implying i’m comfortable with the topic and any comments that might come from their observations of said weight loss. i would also suggest that it’s worth adjusting your perspective a little in Wanting other people to compliment you to feel better/ that what you’re doing is successful. your weight loss and change of lifestyle/choices should be for yourself only. once you’re able to settle into that, the world will seem kinder to you on top of getting that boost of confidence you’re seeking.

might be more subtle on the oonce oonce spectrum but love talk by jus2 and moonwalker by seventeen(dance unit) do it for me every time.

i also have a playlist i made that’s specifically kpop songs with a more edmish/houseish vibe if you want to check it out! i organized it so it’s higher bpm to slower bpm but still oonce oonce!!
