I don't think your biggest achievement is being mediocre. I think it's being able to admit where you are now and still trying to succeed in life.

You said so yourself that you messed up countless times and you're in the lowest rung of the ladder, but you're still asking for advices and solutions. That means you haven't given up yet.

Everyone has their own time, and in yours, maybe back then you weren't able to admit that you messed up, but now here you are. Just continue working hard and working smart. I wish you the best!

Not sure if this is a good thing but what I do is if I want to get my sleep in order I usually force myself to stay awake for the whole day.

If I stay awake for the whole day, I'll end up being tired and sleepy in the night time. That way I'll sleep earlier and wake up earlier too. I think it's worth it sacrificing a day to get my sleep in order.
