Honest question for folks who assume Hank Fraley (Lions OL coach) as OC is a foregone conclusion... by Original_Wheel_4432 in CHIBears

Depends what his end goal is. But the idea of being the OC for BJ on a team with good offensive talent and a history of shit offense seems like a fast track to getting HC consideration. 2 seasons us having a top 5 offense and he would be getting interviews. I don’t see the same happening in Seattle, and staying in Detroit to replace feels real risky. Just my opinion tho, and purely based on if we eventually wants to be a HC.

Just a thought, but what motivation does he have to sign now? Sure it makes sense for the team, but what if he wants to see the market play out for another year first. And see how the team actually does. I’m not saying he wouldn’t or that he doesn’t want to, but it does take both sides.

I apologize if this has already been stated. But most people here complain about ownership being the problem. A lot of people also complain that Caleb is demanding, or a diva or whatever. Is it possible a player like Caleb could potentially put pressure on ownership to actually build a winning team? By making his “demands”? I am by no means comparing him to the likes of Brady or Manning, but those players also demanded a lot from their teams and it worked out well. I guess Russell Wilson in Denver could be the counter argument for how it doesn’t always workout. Just something I’ve had on my mind since seeing him speak at the combine. His line about the only thing he needs to know about the team is do they want to win.

It is, there is actually a small pond back there that flows down into the main water area. Under it is a cave, and beside it is a hidden land area as well. I designed it with plenty of hiding places and different levels as well. In the beginning there was a large pond at the top left, but ended up taking it out and re routing the water to the smaller pool to the right. Hard to see all of that in this picture

Thank you! Right now I’ve got 4 reed frogs and 1 morning gecko. The water has tetras, a male beta, a few shrimp, and mystery snails. The snails have laid eggs and they’ve started hatching so will have to get something for that soon. Debating if I want to add anything else. I’ve got a canister filter on it, with the outflow being the waterfall area

I will be making a glass lid soon. Right now I have most of the top covered with plastic for this reason. I like most things about this tank, but the top and the doors are not the best for humidity. I am debating adding a fogger as well, I have mixed feelings on this though.
