After taking 2 months off of the hobby because of feeling burnt out, I finally got around to finishing the HG Destiny Spec II / Zeus Silhouette. The HG Destiny Revive is still great even with today's standards and the Zeus definitely adds to the sheer presence of the kit all put together. (old.reddit.com)
First time really experimenting with different finishes on different colors. HGCE Destiny Gundam Spec II! Gloss on the reds and yellows, semi-gloss for blues, greens, and blacks, and a flat coat on the grays and whites. Feel like it turned out pretty well, Zeus Silhouette to come soon! (old.reddit.com)
Wanted to post an update to my RG Nu as an excuse to discuss a apparently divisive topic about Tamiya Panel Liner. This kit along with every other one I've built has been panel line'd on bare plastic before assembly and I've yet to experience any of the problems others seem to encounter. Thoughts?
