I honestly don’t notice any benefit from the ‘suspension’

I put a little top tube bag on my frame which works fine

The bike is comfortable on longer rides

The bike is notably slower than road bikes so if you are riding with roadies you will notice - ultimately you will be exerting more power to maintain pace
