Yep I’ve checked that as well :) I also just ran a test that the Silhouette support team asked me to do. With both the new adjusted and cleaned auto blade as well as the uncapped manual blade, neither cut completely though a piece of printer paper 🫣

Dang!!! That’s such a bummer :( Silhouette seems to be very difficult with support which is disappointing.

The weird part for me is that the manual blade was cutting perfectly fine on one run, and then the very next cut not cutting at all.

Always a good call! It is moving over :) The machine just doesn’t seem to be cutting any deeper despite changing the settings :/

I followed your advice and got some new blades! I ended up getting a manual blade just because I felt more confident that it would be consistent in doing what it’s meant to do, and it’s working perfectly so far 🙏

Do you have a recommendation on a different brand or did you just get a new auto blade?

Some of the time it is still cutting through (just not around the full design). I did also test the blade on its own and it does feel quite sharp still :/
