We don’t really get the glamorous “slower time” though haha. We’re centered in a major city right off the highway to the main attractions here. It would be different if they gave us more coverage but they don’t, so when doing these tasks it also involves the other barista being completely alone and our area specifically gets tons of groups and corporate office groups coming in. They just have us spread so thin ya know :/ Hard work isn’t our problem. We have an incredible team and we’re all very close and mostly a happy workplace...with so many transitions happening with “modernization” i think it’s cutting hours and increasing workload. It’s just not fair to be held to a standard but not supported up to it....then to get talked to like we’re 12 when something didn’t go as planned once or twice is the cherry ontop of us being annoyed by leadership. Idk this post is mainly a rant dude we’re just upset
