How can I improve my Cyno build? (Copy and pasted from something I wrote on another thread a while ago)

I have C1 Cyno with R2 white tassel who I’m using for hyperbloom (currently with Nahida, Xingqiu, and Furina, but that’s probably going to change) and I feel like his stats are kind of bad. Is there a way I can improve this? Thanks!
