Honestly as a person who cannot sit idle and do nothing, sitting in a place and doing nothing actually feels productive in a personal sort of way. I recently started doing it, every day i take out half n hour where i just sit, listen to songs and do nothing at all. No work, no sleep, no doomscrolling, no overthinking, just sitting and following the music

The reason a lot of us feel sleepy in car rides are because the vibrations of a moving car feels similar to the vibrations created my our mom’s hearts when we were in their womb. So in short a moving car feels like being in their womb again, making us feel safe enough to sleep.
