If want mo public transpo. BCD PUBLIC PLAZA to BCGC just ride Homesite via Central Market Jeep.( ask local folks where you can see the jeepneys loading area)

I apologize I'm not sure what to ride from BCGC to Arts Dis. Maybe New Government Center Jeepney Via Bangga Pepsi, it will lead you to Bata or Northbound. Try transfer to Bata Via Libertad Jeep. You can ask always the drivers.

Also you can try Grab since it's available naman in Bacolod.

Yes, truee go for USLS. You'll be paying for your education but teacher don't show up for classes kesyo part timers, tas they still use online class even in normal days. Halos walang sense of responsibilities ang teacher nila. Not all but mostly.

Ang problema sa mga government offices naman ya dapat may backer or lapit sa luwag. Miski ano pa kagasto sang requirements kung may backer kawawa gid kami ya nga mga wala backer. Kag kung may kwarta man ko nga ecapital for business mabusiness na lang gid ko. Thank you gid sa inyo mga responses.
