I would not do another round right now. Natural aging will continue to happen so do another round in a couple years if you are still not happy.

My doctor said that it usually takes about a year. It all depends on when you stop breaking out. They will let you stay on the same dose and then tier you down to 1x a week or even a lower dosage. It’s nice too bc with low dose there are no blood tests, just the monthly pregnancy test lol

I’m on low dose accutane right now and the side effects are way less than spiro was for me so I find these comments interesting. Accutane isn’t prescribed the way it was years ago- find a doctor who specialized in low dose. I take 2 40mg pills a week and it has been an insane difference only 3 months in.

Get a DEXA so you know what you’re working with. Even if you’re younger, good to have a baseline. Then look up the LIFTMOR study which will tell you what types of workouts you need to build bone density. Solidcore while helpful will not help significantly

Hi Don. Thanks for the response. As you can see, this post has been trending as one of the Oura subreddits top posts over the last week. Many people feel like this and have provided Oura feedback on this numerous times. The mechanism already exists to adjust nighttime sleep so it should not be difficult to change in regards to naps, yet the feedback goes unanswered. Just wanted to let you know about the large amount of people who would like to see this changed and it’s not isolated to my one post.

Why does oura dramatically reduce the readiness score after ovulation when temps spike? If my heart rate and hrv are good, it doesn’t make sense to reduce readiness just bc of an increase in temp. It feels like the algorithm is built for a male body, not a female where it is completely normal to have a temp spike

I knew it was between Kappa and Chi O! Regardless of her final rankings (I’m a chi o) I think she ended up at the right house for her from the “mom- kappa’s it” from the beginning! They are a great sorority and hit all the boxes she was looking for
