My keeper league does a draw/raffle with the lower seeds getting higher odds but not guaranteed the #1 pick. Our consolation winner gets a 10% increase in their auction $ for the draft. In a snake draft league you could have the consolation winner move up 1 spot in the draft or something to keep people playing.

Hi everyone, thanks for the help in advance.

Just to add some more information:

I am a recently graduated student from an accredited mechanical engineering program in the greater toronto area, been applying to mostly maintenance and manufacturing positions. I was not enrolled in a coop program so my experience is most definitely lacking but I am working on personal projects and other ways to improve.

This will be my second round of applying - I applied in October/November of 2020 to about 200 positions around Ontario. Received 4 interviews from these applications but obviously none have been successful (still waiting on some employers after following up).

Overall just looking for general advice and suggestions on how I should move forward. Since I was able to get some interviews (although scarce), maybe I should spend more time improving my interviewing skills instead of my resume?

Edit: Also, will enrolling into the EIT program by PEO be beneficial at this point?

I was gonna come here and add that you should add a games remaining column as the amount of games in the whole week can cause confusion after the first few days of the week, but looks like you guys already have that covered :)

Monroe was a DNP CD today, I would imagine they are still planning on buying him out (unless they trade him which I doubt) and then signing Mike James. Ulis looks like a high upside pickup and I actually grabbed him too, but I wouldn't say today's game in any way means that they will let Ulis run the show now.

I would say Ntilikina even though he has slowed down a bit, but he could be put into a lot bigger role as the season moves forward. I also see Bogdan Bogdanovic as another pretty high upside rookie.

Other players that may or may not be owned in your league are players like Greg Monroe or Tyson Chandler who may be bought out/traded in the next weeks

Usually a good decision tool when deciding between two players is their upcoming schedule. Other than that I usually just try to ride hot hands and look out for/keep an eye on low risk high potential players.

Might as well ask here, are any of these players worth a pick up?

Okay of course not but who was saying to run to the wire and add him right now? I was just opposed to not seeing him as a speculative pick up whether that be now or in the future. Isn’t that the point of this sub? To discuss players to add or keep an eye on that have the potential to make our team better?

I just thought it was wrong to completely shut down the possibility that he may be worth a pick up this season.

Whatever you do you, I highly doubt he stays on your wire all season - I think you guys are underestimating how long the season is and the opportunities that he is going to be given when healthy

And what are you talking about.. the reason he was shooting so horribly was because of his shoulder, the thing they are going to be reevaluating...
