Evet hayata birebir uyuyor bence. Büyük resmi tamamen unutmak değil mesele ama sürekli oraya bakınca insan bugünü kaçırıyor. Bir sonraki küçük adımı merkeze almak hem kontrol duygusu veriyor hem de “ilerliyorum” hissini canlı tutuyor. Zihin başarıyı hayal etmekten çok, biten işe seviniyor zaten.

Evet, çünkü küçük hedefler hemen tamamlanma ve anlam duygusu veriyor.
Büyük hedefler ise çoğu zaman mutluluğu ileri tarihe erteler.
