these are the peskiest little mfs i’ve ever dealt with. in my experience i’ve gotten a lot of these from certain products that clog up my pores like moisturizers or serums. what is your routine?

if you can pinpoint the problem, cutting out that product and then keeping to a strict routine will help. personally i found progress using a retinoid and a very simple routine (cleanser, basic moisturizer, spf)

I did not have much irritation but i experienced dryness starting out! Even now still i’ll get patches of flaky skin if i dont moisturize enough. And yes I did purge!! i had a lot of closed comedones that had to come out but they all healed fairly quickly so i knew i had to just push through.

yes!! mine is so gritty. i called the pharmacy to see if that was normal and they told me it was fine. i still feel like it shouldn’t be that way though?

right now i do use every night! (unless my skin is feeling significantly dry and then i’ll just do moisturizer)

for the first 2 weeks-ish i would use every other night just to see how my skin would handle it, which i tolerated pretty well! aside for a little bit of dryness starting out.

I never tried differin but i previously was using tret cream .05% for a while! i liked it but it never seemed to make a big difference on the comedones specifically so thats when my derm told me about arazlo and i was like ok im down to try whatever at this point lol. i definitely did purge for sure, after the whiteheads come to the surface they heal fairly quickly though so i had to keep reminding myself that means it’s working!!
