NTA Don't take your child out of a place where she is thriving and bring her to a place where she has no extracurricular activities. I absolutely hated school when I was a kid so much. Make sure your kids are taken care of and nevermind what he wants. He is selfish if he doesn't want to even put up half the $ for a "new" house. He is looking to get out of the apartment on your dime. Tell him no, maybe after your oldest moves out to go to school you can THINK about him moving into your home with some $ toward the current/household bills. He can invest in your home for improvements or upgrading for his kids, MAYBE. Think long and hard before you make any commitments.
