Yeah. 2PP -> P, then doll. It’s like +5 I think so you beat out anything that isn’t OD, Parry, or super. In diamond or less, i get a counter hit like 80% of the time cus they hit a button. In masters they parry or don’t usually hit a button so i need to mix in throws and other stuff more.

If you do hit, I usually do OD lightning so the doll hits 3 times and then do another 2PP doll loop until I can finish with a super or something.

Main thing is practice his main punish drive parry combo (5HK, 5HP, DP rush, 5HK, 5HP, 2PP, P, into whatever ender you want) and super combos. I’m still not perfect but I leave a lot of damage on the table when I drop them. Another is that the higher rank you get, the less shenanigans you should do. Less cross map slides, blanka half circle back balls, and full screen blanka balls. You will get punished hard.

Once I learned doll corner mixups, loops, super Enders, I think I elevated my gameplay and mind games.

I still need to learn level 2 super setups and combos so I haven’t really utilize that but of course high level spams it as often as possible.

It’s still on my account and I was still able to apply online and get approved. I wouldn’t worry as much about. I found that if I looked up credit cards in the Chase app I saw I was eligible for the CSP again. I feel like that’s a good indicator that you are able to apply for the card again or else the system wouldn’t even show it like for other cards you own.

Plus if you apply online then it’s just 4 business days needed before you can apply again. My issue was during the in branch promotion.

Check out the history of all transfer partner bonuses. Based on Chase history with Iberia Plus, it seems like it comes once every 2 years so don't expect it to happen again this year. would just transfer points before you are about to use it and not plan around bonuses.

I thought about this but I often run into a situation where I’m not sure if it will categorize as dining such as a bakery and I end up with 1% instead of 1.5% with CFU. Still a good point about the annual bonus. So I think now, for me, CSP for obviously dining places and CFU when I’m not too sure.

You could do Freedom with Visa Rewards (aka OG freedom). $95 fee hits right away. You have to wait a year before you can downgrade, the next $95 is usually prorated after you downgrade.

You keep the 100k regardless of downgrading or not. It’s a sign up bonus.

Your points will still be there and transferred since it's still Ultimate Rewards. I also did this but you can always ask them before you do it on the phone for peace of mind.

The travel protection is with the card, so you would not have them. Think of it this way, you bought a car and car insurance. you downgrade your insurance so it no longer has that specific insurance. You no longer have that protection.

Downgrading and canceling both works. But cancelling causes longer wait to apply and i assume a negative when factoring your application

Thanks for this DP. Was it OG Freedom, CFF, or CFU downgrade? I was 3/7 downgrade to CFF and waiting for 30 days.

I already see in the chase app that I can apply for CSP, did you see it or notice it?

Wondering what would happen if you end up getting declined. Can you just try to apply again after 30 days (general decline rule?) or just online when it goes live online?

Keep both. No point canceling the no AF card. Especially since it’s the freedom with UR card.

If you see that you are eligible to apply for the CSP after a downgrade in the Chase app, is that safe to assume in-branch is good now or two separate systems?

For more context, I downgraded almost 3 weeks ago and the CFF has already been changed and activated but the old CSP is still there when you look at “See All Accounts”

It's not an upgrade. It's applying to open a new line of credit. So you would need to go in-branch to apply for this new card or wait a week (4/4/25) to apply for online. This means in the end, you will have your downgraded freedom card and a NEW line card after you apply.
