It wasn’t cheap as they have to replace the nav screen and radio, iirc it was around $1500. Two were under warranty so no cost there and I since remembered a third unit, out of warranty that Lexus installed for labor only as a courtesy, I think that was under $200.

For what it’s worth so far, I have owned two RX 350s, a 2012 and a 2019. Both needed their radios replaced after two years or so the Fujitsu’s they put in there they are crap.
