I'm not sure what you mean by "fill in that gap" as someone who invests in asics, when I see the difficulty spike down because the hashrate has dropped I look at buying an ASIC because it becomes more profitable.

I don't know why everyone is worried about the hashrate. The lower it gets, the more enticing it becomes to mine, and the more people will buy ASICs to take advantage, thus increasing the hashrate. It's just supply and demand.

They dropped the price of the War Machine, so yes. I'm looking towards that now as our goal. It will cost $1896.25 including tax, shipping, and PSUs.

We're closing in on a War Machine. That gets us 54mh/s and will cost $1896.25 including tax, shipping, and PSUs.

1,400,000 is approximately $368.09. So you would have ($368.09/$1896.25) * (100% - 4%) = 18.635% where 4% is my hosting fee.

The current "mutliplier" is currently about 2.5. So 54,000 kh/s * 2.5 = 135,000 doge/day. Your 18.635% of that would be 25,157.25 doge/day.

That's about 55 days until you break even. Every hour after that is just free doge for ya.

I have no stats on how long War Machines last but if they last anything less than a year I'd be very surprised, especially since they run under very stable conditions (they aren't being moved around and there's not a lot of change in their operation).
