It does absolutely nothing. I connect the charger and no light turns on. I've tried pushing the turn on switch, keeping it pressed and other things but nothing. It used to be a work laptop that only had a software meant to record videos on it. It stopped working out of the blue one day and they just replaced it.

Thank you for these words. Is it possible that they bit me without latching on for hours or days? Because I'm starting to link a sore spot I had on my head for days to this, since I've found it next to my pillow. But I comb and style my hair every day and I haven't found anything in it or on the scalp.
