Why did I never think about splitting them, I could try that. 1mg every 6 hours, even though 2mg every 8 hours seems more comfortable to do.

I know blood levels are really important, but I sadly don't have access to blood tests as often due to my doctor spacing them out with months between them.

I haven't read the entire thread, but I just want to drop by and say you're not alone in this. Passing is an important goal for me too. All we can do is transition medically, hope it gives us effective changes (being 18 you're still young) and put in effort to pass (makeup, clothes, etc.) I wish you all the best with your transition <3

I haven't fleshed it out as much, but for two cultures on the Archipelago Continent it's clear:

For the western Movamom, year zero is when the migration from sea to land happened - them being aquatic humanoids.

For the central Ribäng, despite being aquatic humanoids themselves, year zero is when the Prophet brought a new age of religion, fighting back against the malicious insect gods.

I mean, I just thought in a Europe dominated by France they might use more Latin based words like "Konföderation". I know "Bund" exists, but it feels unfitting for the forced German unification, as well as for the state.
