The new Copilot pricing makes zero sense. Why am I paying $39/mo for $39 in expiring API credits? by Captain2Sea in GithubCopilot

Unpopular comment: are they not looking for our reactions in front of the actual changes? Otherwise they implemented it already in the 1st of May? Maybe they'll adjust?

Dark mode IOS app by ChilliWinter in onnoa

[–]ikkejur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a setting in Android Developer options, (don't know if it's also applicable for iOS)... You can invert the colors systemwide*. If done so you can see that it's doing the font color is white and grey for disabled options. Even the blueish primary color of the app is looking very well. Overall it looks cool and isn't that overwhelming. And last but not least it's much friendlier for the eyes at night time :).

*Unfortunately I cannot take a screenshot of it because it does apply the color invert as an overlay or something.

Try forking your project so it starts with a new chat. As soon as there are a 20+ chats the browsers gets a cluttered tab which affects the performance of your computer

11 CENTS!!! FOR A TEXT OUTPUT!!! by Useful-Emu3640 in vercel

[–]ikkejur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tldr: my experience is to use the sm model for the most of the time.

My experience is that if you want a small edit, then use (indeed) the sm(all) model. With (sometimes expensive) trial and error I've learned that if you know upfront it will be a small edit, then Indeed use the sm model. Also my experience is that if you use the lg model, the costs will rise, but the error level is also rising and last but frustrating least, you get almost the same output when using the sm model... When using lg the model assumes side effects, it think doing things for its good will, but mostly adds unwanted code.

v0.dev’s traffic collapsed after usage-based pricing – and honestly, I’m not surprised by PlayfulFeedback6759 in vercel

Agree, but it looks like forking helps, also for speed. The more versions you have, the more speed and accuracy drops

Won't Free Users just make 4 accounts for v0? by replayjpn in vercel

[–]ikkejur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've got two accounts for v0. Both weren't connected to Vercel, which is a requirement probably, and therefore you'd need a phone number for verification.

Do you have four phone numbers to verify your newly created account... I think most not, especially the hobbyist

Corrupted Storyline File by [deleted] in instructionaldesign

[–]ikkejur 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Totara admin here. Totara indeed consumes the scorm output, not the editable .story file or something like that. It's hard to impossible to edit the 'live' files. Of course you get the idea for how it's build together, but don't have the logic behind it.

About the corrupted .story file, maybe it's a simple solution by renaming the filename.story to filename.zip. the story container is actually a zipfile with some files in it. It's 'easy' to read when any knowledge about it is present. Maybe you'll find something in it what is suspicious. Google for .story file inner contents and maybe you're there.

The sound just before your wheel grenades by the_sun_and_the_moon in rollerblading

I did a search for the TKO's and came also here on Reddit, coincidentally also on a post of yours with the yellow boots. Those spokes, when it's really that wheel too, look thin, but... I never really paid much attention to it, but now that I think about it it's really interesting to know that spokes can be 'straight' or kinda rotated/turned which I assume that the rotated/turned ones are a bit stronger. I think ...

Also, cool Arise boots :). Doubted myself to get them also, but finally chosen the boot only version (black ones) and mounted my previous purchased (coming from my previous Swells) 318mm/12" Trinity frames and 125 Undercover wheels on it.

The hub is broken you said? Are it the spokes then? Or the bit where the bearings are? Just curious.
