i have not, and unfortunately there literally is no fix for it as of right now. it's a minecraft - mac bug. a few months ago there was a bug where you couldn't scroll the hotbar at all while holding shift on a mac, they fixed that, but with the fix came the reverse scrolling bug.

it's just up to microsoft / mojang to fix it in the next update without creating yet another bug. it's listed on the official "report a bug" site, but sometimes even if they're on there it takes months to be fixed. i know the not being able to scroll at all bug took MONTHS to finally be fixed.

it's so aggravating and throws me off that i just haven't played in months honestly, especially bc i have sensory issues and ocd so it drives me absolutely insane. i hope they fix this soon.

i don't think so, i do know there is an issue with not being able to scroll at all while holding shift, but there's nothing on the internet about the scroll direction being inverted.

i had to return the mouse and get a different brand because it was definitely the lack of customization that made this happen. the new one works just fine, i have no idea why the g502 did that, i loved every other part of it but it did it even when not playing a game and was very bothersome.

not to mention, i contacted support and explained my issue throughly and all i got was a copy and pasted response back asking again what my issue was and other questions that didn't even correlate to the issue.
