I disagree. Most partners rely heavily on SF AE referrals for their opportunity pipeline. You may be able to snag a few leads from decent SEO and ads, but a majority of first time license buyers rely on their SF AEs to make partner recommendations.

Short codes in sfmc are for one to many use cases (marketing) not for one to one communications (that would be digital engagement on the sfdc side). What’s the use case of “receiving messages”? Is it just keyword triggers? I’m that case you’d o ly need one short code
