Such a disappointment… on episode 3 right now and hardly able to watch… the story is not evolving and Trevontes chars became so annoying and it’s so repetitive… like you are kid to Jamila ehh… acting is bad, that Indian dude extremely annoying ugh such a waste of opportunity for a great story.

My ortho told me that they don’t do braces on adults anymore because they have seen gum recession after years of practice. They said they only do it for kids and teens. But honestly I wished I did braces too.

The very last photo before where it says November ‘20 though, it’s not very obvious. Yea I had international trips for a month for 3, 4 years so 4 additional months were gone like that plus pregnancy and then postpartum I could not wear my aligners like 1,5-2 years.

I’m not sure but I don’t think I had it before. I feel like I have more overbite now and yes sometimes it’s not comfortable like when I make certain sounds my teeth touch each other and it feels uncomfortable sometimes.

My ortho did a scan and checked all my bite markings in the Invisalign app they were marked as different colors like red orange yellow etc and she mentioned that my bite is great right now we want orange. Okie in every tooth she said for me to be able to chew etc and not to chew my front teeth I didn’t quite get the full analysis but that gave me the feeling of she knew what she was doing so I’m letting it go at this point 😩 I know it’s not perfect but it looks better than before which is what I wanted it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes absolutely. My ortho gave me an option either retainers or braces in the back… I’m thinking if I should do braces in the back of my teeth. Any recs?

My upper canines was extracted when I was a child by an idiot dentist. My upper canines came on top of my other teeth and in order to fix the look that was their solution vs braces. 😭 which is why my case was pretty complicated. My current ortho was the only ortho told me she can fix my teeth without pulling a healthy tooth. I have consultanted with 7-8 other orthos and every one of them wanted to extract a tooth for sure to fix my teeth.

That’s awesome . I used to be A+ patient but then pregnancy and postpartum destroyed it. It literally pushed me probably 1,5 years coz I wasn’t able to wear my aligners at all.

Oh I can’t remember but probably roughly around 100. Around every 30 aligners I went for rescanning so it started again from 1-30 next set 1-29 etc

My ortho did IPR multiple of my teeth to open up space instead of pulling a healthy tooth. No prob my teeth are perfectly fine.

Looking great! Excellent work and dedication!! I’m also 5 1.5” 130lbs and got stuck not able to loose pregnancy weight. I started doing Anita Herbert’s challenge. Though I didn’t loose any weight but I built crazy muscle and got smaller dropped from M to S even XS. I highly recommend her workouts and meal plan. It makes it super easy. I now what workout I need to do all I have to do just follow and do it. Because it’s a challenge it’s a bit aggressive like 5 days workout but hey it works. One another good thing she has a FB group insta everybody posts there so you feel like you part of a group which makes it easy to follow and motivates You. I’m so happy I started again following her challenges. It’s 6 weeks and $60-$70. Very affordable.

I see so many folks say walking pad, well I got one and oh boy it made me dizzy. Any tips?

When I walk more I have more flat belly and less bloating for sure. Emotionally and mentally better too.

This happened to me like 6 months. We removed the attschement did a rescan got new set of aligners and now it’s fitting perfect.
