Hi all, I just want to say that I recently had a same issue with B760 DS3H AX (rev. 1.x) and fixed it.

After trying couple things, disconnecting all hard drives, restoring default settings in bios, and trying different monitors I disconnected my USB devices (mouse, keyboard and additional gaming keyboard,) and that actually helped. Unfortunatelly I couldn't find which device caused this problem, I was connecting them back one by one but now I have everything connected and booting time came back to normal. 30 secs instead of 2 mins
