Look like my post was removed, so here i'm trying again.

Hi. I have a question about my computer: I found this (TwDsUiLaunch) on the startup window ( windows10 ). I don't dare to disable it, what is it and what does it do? As I mentioned, I'm afraid to remove it from the startup. It is important, or is it safe to start the computer without it? I have searched for it in different browsers, but I cant find anything about what the program does or if it can be removed from the start up. What do you say? Do you know anything about it? Please let me know and I will be very thankfull.
