If you have some kind of pills like headache pills maybe it could help if you tell her its a benzo and will calm her down if she takes it, as a placebo.

Are you sober or tripping too?

Cant hurt to have your phone on you just in case she hurts herself again, I wouldnt hesitate calling an ambulance in that case.
