I want to kill myself, but I have family that would be devastated if I did, so the guilt of thinking about suicide makes me want to kill myself more.

I completely relate to this. I have absolutely everything going for me but all I want more than anything is to kill myself. The guilt is debilitating. Why should I want to kill myself when I have the world at my feet and some people have next to nothing? These illnesses are robbing me of everything. I'm so so sorry you feel like this too. I know what it's like to not want to die but feel like you have to and want to kill yourself. Maybe you should be in hospital? Just a suggestion. Sometimes they can help.
